This area contains guidelines pertaining to programs available to qualified senders of solicited bulk email. These programs include the AOL whitelist, the AOL Enhanced Whitelist, Non-Profit Accreditation Service, and CertifiedEmail, a program managed by Goodmail Systems.
The AOL whitelist is designed to help America Online work with organizations and individuals who send out solicited bulk email. You must adhere to certain practices and guidelines which are outlined below. If you feel your organization can follow the guidelines for the whitelist please contact the Postmaster group via the whitelist request form. The AOL Enhanced Whitelist is only available to senders that are already on the general White List. Inclusion in the Enhanced Whitelist is done automatically based on the sending behavior for the past 30 days. Behavior is evaluated by individual IP address, not by overall domain.
- Whitelist Request Form and Whitelist Guidelines

- An organization's mail servers must send a minimum of 100 emails per month to maintain whitelist status.
- AOL's Pro Bono Email Accreditation Service for Qualifying NonProfits
As part of the company's longstanding commitment to helping non-profit organizations harness the power of the Internet, AOL now offers a pro bono email accreditation program which allows these groups to have their email securely and efficiently delivered to AOL members for free. Through the program, qualifying non-profit organizations - and qualifying non-profit advocacy organizations - receive the full functionality of AOL's email system, including having all images and web links enabled in emails, at no charge to either the sender or to the recipient. - Enhanced Whitelist Information
This information covers the required guidelines for being added to the "Enhanced Whitelist" which will enable links and embedded images in email communications to our Members from certain bulk mailers. - The Enhanced White List is only available to senders that are already on the general White List. Inclusion in the Enhanced Whitelist is done automatically based on the sending behavior for the past 30 days. Behavior is evaluated by individual IP address, not by overall domain.
