Please refrain from opening multiple tickets for same issue/IP range. All duplicate tickets would be auto closed and future tickets from the affected IP/domain would be blacklisted on the ticketing form.

What is a DYN:T1 error?

This is a temporary error given to IP addresses sending us high volume of mail and are not on our Whitelist. Please check your IP reputation in the box below and if it's good, please apply to be Whitelisted using the Whitelist Form.

We found a blocked URL or domain in the body of your email. In the box below, please copy and paste the entire body of the email that you tried to send, including the urls of the hyperlinks (not the error message) or the source code of the mail that you tried to send to AOL members, which resulted in the error message.

We found a blocked domain in either your hostname or reverse DNS. Please include your IP address/Hostname along with the original mail that you tried to send to AOL members.

Please ensure that your IP address does not have a generic looking reverse DNS. We might reject mail from rDNS containing these words – pool, in-addr.arpa, dyn, dhcp.
